Bank corner - 1916This photo was taken around 1916 and is looking north on Chestnut Street from the Fifth Street corner where the Minonk State Bank was located. Notice the Schlitz Opera House at the far right of the picture. It was located at the corner of Sixth and Chestnut. Chestnut Street appeared to have a brick pavement. |
