Escalloped Apples

Submitted by Keith Paris

1 lb. apples, peeled, cored & sliced
1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon, or to taste
4 tbsp. butter

Mix apples, flour, lemon juice, sugar and cinnamon. Place in a buttered oven-proof casserole.
Dot with butter. Cover with foil and bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
Remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes.
