Rose's Hamburger & Cornbread

( Serves 3 to 4)

1 8 oz. pkg. corn bread mix
1 lb. hamburger
1 small onion, diced
1 can cream mushroom soup
1/4 c. milk
2/3 cup Minute Rice, uncooked

Brown hamburger and drain. Add onion;
brown until tender. Mix in soup, milk and
rice with hamburger and onion. Pour into
9x13 cake pan. Prepare corn muffin mix as
indicated on package. Spread over top of
hamburger mixture. Bake immediately at
350 degrees for approximately 30 to 40
minutes or until golden brown on top.
