Jeane Hawk took these pictures of birds along Minonk's nature trail leading to the jumbo north of town. The bird above is believed to be an Eastern Wood PeeWee.

This is a barn swallow which is fairly common around rural areas with out buildings.

A palm warbler

Jeane says her friends tell her that this bird is a green heron.
