A ceremony was held to display a new sign recognizing the service of the
seven Petri Bros in World War II. Dave Shirley on the right led the ceremony.
To his left is Larry Meils the Amercian Legion Commander.

Dr. Peter Reese of Victoria, Texas, who is a brother in law of Mary Petri Ford,
was instrumental in getting the Petri brothers recognized for their service to our country,

Joe, Norbert and Virgil Petri salute while taps are being
played during the ceremony.
