Bancroft Hall houses the 4400 naval midshipmen at Annapolis, MD and is the largest dormitory in the world built around 1905-06. It contains 1700 rooms, 5 miles of corridors and 33 acres of floor space.

This is another view of the Naval Academy dormitory. All midshipen, including 20% which are women, live in the dormitory as no one lives off base.

The Naval Academy Chapel built in 1908 has a seating capacity of 2,500.
